Terms & Conditions
1Inclusions & Exclusions＋
- Minimum billing per camp-day is ₹55,000 (service fees only, before TA/DA, GST and TDS).
- Offer pricing applies to a 3-cities camp commitment per year.
- If beneficiary count per camp increases beyond plan, a pro-rata additional fee applies.
- TA / DA allowance additional at ₹3,000 per day for Thane, Pune & Nashik.
- Mobilization of beneficiaries is outside our scope.
- Venue & setup (tables, chairs, lighting, ventilation) by client at corporate office. AC room required for breast cancer screening; private examination table required for heart-health stations.
- IRB approval, if required, charged additionally.
- Branding guidelines and collaterals provided by client, or charged additionally.
2Operations＋
- Camp dates are subject to availability.
- Expected beneficiary numbers to be informed 3 weeks prior to camp date.
- Healthcare specialties & focus areas to be informed 3 weeks prior to camp date.
- Local-team support & facilitation factored in for venue finalization (if in our scope).
- Bulk pre-registration recommended. We can set up app access for community mobilizers, share Excel format / registration URL / QR code in advance.
- Standard venue requirements: strong Wi-Fi / mobile network, lighting, ventilation, tables, chairs, electrical plug points, washrooms, hand-wash facility.
3Compliance＋
- Local permissions (if required) additional / to be provided by client.
- Beneficiary data shared with client governed by formal contract; signed consent forms collected where needed.
- For beneficiaries under 18, parental / local guardian signed consent is mandatory.
- Biomedical waste collection by Healium per protocol; disposal per State Pollution Control Board norms.
4Billing＋
- Quotation valid for 60 days from printed date and subject to change thereafter.
- GST as applicable (currently 18%).
- Billing subject to 2% TDS u/s 194C of the Income Tax Act. Formal contract executed.
5Payment＋
- 50% payment phase-wise upon signing the contract; project commences within 30 days from date of payment.
- 50% immediately on execution of the camp.
